The New Life youth group is for students who are in 6th–12th grade. We are a group of students and leaders who are looking upward to follow Christ, looking inward to grow ourselves and looking outward to love and serve the world around us. It’s our hope that every student, no matter their background or beliefs, will come as they are to be a part of our community. And it’s our prayer that every single student will not leave how they came – that we are all being transformed through knowing and following Jesus.

Meeting Times

High-School Students

Sunday Mornings

Every other Sunday our high schoolers have class together immediately following the praise and worship time in the sanctuary with the adults. This is a time for deeper questioning and discussion of a variety of topics. On the opposite Sundays our high schoolers generally participate in various parts of the service.

Thursday Nights

We meet every Thursday night from 6:30PM to 8:00PM for our high schoolers and middle schoolers to get together for a time of fun, fellowship, and digging into God’s word. We’re also involved in various service activities throughout the month. Small groups have been a part of our ministry and continue as we work to establish a small group study on the book of Revelation.

Middle-School Students

Sunday Mornings

Every other Sunday, our middle schoolers have class together immediately following the praise and worship time in the sanctuary with the adults. This is a time for questions and conversation about the Bible, current cultural topics and spiritual growth. On the opposite Sundays the students will attend service with their parents and participate in various parts of the service.

Thursday Nights

Every Thursday night, from 6:30PM to 8:00PM, our high schoolers and middle schoolers meet together for a time of fun, fellowship, and learning how to apply God’s word to their lives.

The students are encouraged by Paul’s words to Timothy-”Do not let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.” 1 Tim 4:12
